SPICY CHICKPEA ROLL

A light and flaky puff pastry roll is filled with chickpeas, assorted British vegetables and a spicy tomato sauce you won’t forget.

CHEESE & ONION

A Cheese and Onion Pasty with a deep filling of mature cheddar, potato and onions. A tangy plum sauce is married with the sharp zing of Dijon mustard.

VEGAN STEAKLESS

A Vegan Steakless pasty that masterfully imitates the succulent taste of a traditional steak pasty by using generously seasoned pea protein.

SAUSAGE ROLL

Buttery puff pastry stuff full of prime cuts of pork belly and shoulder are seasoned with sage, thyme and nutmeg to deliver a mouth-watering flavour.

SPICY CHILLI BEEF PASTY

Hand-crimped flaky pastry, deeply filled with succulent chunks of tender beef and Cornish potatoes, in a spicy chilli sauce.

CHEESE & BACON TURNOVER

Butter puff pastry wraps itself over a smoky rasher of bacon. Complimented with a spot of tomato sauce and then topped with Cheddar cheese.

ABOUT US

Established with humble beginnings by a Cornish father and his two sons, in 1998. West Cornwall Pasty Company was born with the ambition to sell the finest handcrafted Cornish Pasties outside Cornwall, for the rest of the United Kingdom to savour.

Over 25 years and millions of pasties later, West Cornwall Pasty Company, still has those same ambitions, to be the most beloved Cornish Pasty brand across the land.

We base our bakery in West Cornwall, where each one of our pasties is perfectly hand-crimped using traditional Cornish techniques to help seal in the mouth-watering flavours, wholesome ingredients, and textures to authentic perfection.
