    Charity Challenge
    Charity Challenge

Some of the team from WEST CORNWALL PASTY HQ are taking part in the Samworth Brothers Charity Challenge to raise funds for our CHARITY OF THE YEAR, Rainbow Trust. This is a charity very close to our hearts, so we're thrilled to be helping to raise money for this amazing group of people.

Ilona, Carmon, Sevgi & Stuart will head to the Lake District to take on the ‘TOUGH’ challenge route on the 10th June. Taking place every two years, the Samworth Brothers Charity Challenge is a triathlon-style event, an event that is both enjoyable and extremely challenging.

Read more about the challenge HERE and stay tuned as we bring you updates from Team WCPCo as they prep for the big day!

You can now support our team by donating to this fantastic charity. They are hoping to raise £2,000 for Rainbow Trust, any donations no matter how small are much appreciated. Donate HERE

    ABOUT RAINBOW TRUST

Rainbow Trust Children’s Charity provides emotional and practical support to families who have a child with a life threatening or terminal illness. Their help is immediate and available for families 24-hours a day, providing the whole family with tailored high quality support for as long as they need it.

This support comes from Family Support Workers who perform a role most people couldn’t imagine. They maintain a sense of normality for the family by helping with hospital trips, performing household duties, taking the siblings to school and in many cases providing care during the final stages of a child’s life, helping with funeral arrangements and bereavement support.

Rainbow Trust relies heavily on voluntary donations and through the generosity of their supporters they currently help around 2,220 families a year. Their vision is that one day all terminally ill children will have access to a Rainbow Trust Family Support Worker.
