    We're Going For The Triple!
    We're Going For The Triple!

We've been thrilled, honoured and privileged to take the title for Best Traditional Pasty in 2014 and 2015 at The World Pasty Championships hosted at The Eden Project in St Austell.

We're going back this year with our Traditional Pasty to go for the Triple!

Last year our Traditional Pasty represented us in the competition and was scored an impressive 92 points out of 100 by expert judges. We faced stiff competition with over 150 entries from an international line up.

This year we're heading back to The World Pasty Championships with two entries. One is our Cornish Pasty and the other is the winner of our Pasty Dreamers competition, The Compton Pasty. Read more HERE for the full winning story!

Handmade in Cornwall. Nothing but the best lean skirt beef, diced not minced, with locally grown potato, turnip and onion with just the right amount of salt and pepper drizzled on top, carefully wrapped up in delicious flaky pastry made with British wheat with a hand crimped crust.

Juicy pork and beef meatballs in a tomato salsa with red peppers, red onion, garlic and a touch of chorizo. Enriched with fresh mozzarella and Cornish Cheddar cheeses and Trewithen’s Cornish cream, all delicately seasoned with oregano, marjoram, paprika and fennel with a mild chilli kick. Wrapped up in our multi-award winning flaky pastry and a hand crimped crust to seal in the goodness! And of course The Compton Pasty is made in Cornwall!

The World Pasty Championships are on the 5th of March 2016.  The annual celebration is always a showcase for home-grown musical and comedy talent and culminates in the much-anticipated Oggy Oscar ceremony – and this year it takes place on St Piran's Day! Read more HERE

    Wish us luck!
