Our brand new Steak & Cornish Blue Pasty and our Garden Vegetable and Cornish Blue Pasty are leading the way in authentic Cornish tastes and are a shining example of our Cornish heritage showcasing traditional methods and ways.
The Cornish Blue Cheese that features in both pasties is a truly artisan handmade cheese, produced from milk supplied by the Stansfield’s family farm on the edge of Bodmin Moor near Liskeard in Cornwall.

About Cornish Blue
As a handmade product, much of the skill in producing the Cheeses lies with a highly trained team of artisan cheese makers. Cornish Blue is a vegetarian, pasteurised, cows’ milk cheese which is dry salted by hand before being left to mature for between 12 and 14 weeks.
Designed to be eaten as a young cheese, Cornish Blue is a very different product from traditional English blue cheeses. Its flavour is mild and creamy, with a dense texture and buttery richness, instead of the ‘salty tang’ common of other traditional blue cheeses it has a gentle sweetness.
Cornish Blue Cheese has been internationally recognised by the many Awards including World Cheese Awards Champion Cheese in 2010 and Best Blue and English Cheese in 2007.
